These terms apply when you use https://sellyourgadget.asia or sell a device to Sell Your Gadget (SYG Camera Thailand). By requesting a quote or handing over a device you accept them.

1. What we do

We buy used cameras, lenses, drones, phones, tablets and laptops from their owners in Bangkok. We are not an authorised dealer or service centre of any brand. We do not sell goods through this website.

2. Quotes

• The price shown online is an estimate based on your answers (model, working condition, age, accessories, cosmetic grade). It is valid for 7 days.
• For models marked "Request a quote" we check the current Bangkok market price and send you an offer by LINE/WhatsApp or phone, usually within a few hours during opening hours.
• The final price is confirmed only after our technician inspects the device in front of you. If the device differs from your answers (defects, missing parts, locked accounts, different model) the offer changes or we may decline to buy.

3. Your promises as the seller

• You are the legal owner, aged 20 or over (or accompanied by a parent/guardian), and the device is not stolen, lost, financed, pledged or subject to any claim.
• You have removed all accounts and locks (Apple ID / Find My, Google account, Samsung account, passcodes, SIM and memory cards) and backed up your data. We wipe devices after purchase but are not responsible for data left on them.
• You will show a valid Thai ID card or passport at the hand-over so we can record the purchase as the law requires.

4. Pickup and shop visit

Free pickup is offered within Bangkok at an agreed time; you may also visit our shop (every day 11:00 - 19:00). Until the inspection is done and you accept the final price, you remain the owner and may decline to sell without any charge.

5. Payment

We pay the agreed price the same day, by transfer to a Thai bank account in your name or in cash within the limits allowed by law, once you have accepted the final price and signed the purchase record. Ownership passes to us at that moment.

6. After the sale

Purchases are final. If a device later proves to be stolen, locked or otherwise not as warranted by you, you must refund the price and we may report the matter to the police.

7. Website use

Do not misuse the site (automated requests, false quotes, attempts to bypass the captcha). Content, text and design belong to us; brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or for data left on a device. Our total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the price we agreed to pay for that device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the Thai courts; we are happy to try to settle any issue directly first.
