Getting started

You get one clear price based on the condition, age and accessories of your camera, and you are paid on the day. You do not travel anywhere: our technician comes to your hotel, home or office in Bangkok, checks the camera in front of you, and pays you there.
Message us on WhatsApp or LINE, or call us. Send the model name and a photo and we will check whether we buy that model and quote it by hand.
Not at the moment, sorry. You can still sell the lenses on their own, and those often carry most of the value anyway.
We record who each camera was bought from, which protects both sides against stolen gear. A passport is fine for visitors, and a Thai ID card works too.
The price is re-quoted on the spot to match the real condition, and you are free to say no and keep the camera. Nothing is taken before you agree.

Payment and paperwork

Transfer to a Thai bank account, or cash within the legal cash limit. Tell us which you prefer when you book the pickup.
Without a valid receipt the camera is priced as out of warranty. It does not stop us buying it, it only affects the amount.
At the pickup, once you and our technician agree. Larger amounts are paid by transfer to a Thai bank account rather than in cash.
Prices follow the current second-hand market, so they move over time. The quote you see today is the one that applies today.
