Sell a used Lumix, Blackmagic or OM System in Bangkok

Three brands that mostly belong to video shooters and Micro Four Thirds fans. The lists are shorter than Canon or Sony, but the models on them are priced the same way, on the site, after a few condition questions.

Models you can price on the site today

Other Lumix, Olympus or Blackmagic bodies are not on the list yet. Send a photo and the model name on LINE and we will tell you plainly whether we can price it. Camera prices are for the body only; lenses are priced separately in the next step.

1. Micro Four Thirds lenses go on the lens list

Lumix and OM System lenses are on our lens list, so a GH5 with three lenses is priced as a body plus three lenses in one visit. Choose the body first, then add each lens. Lumix S lenses for the S1 and EF lenses used on a Blackmagic 6K are handled the same way. Third-party glass that is not listed can be photographed and sent on LINE.

2. Video bodies get used hard - say how

A GH5 or a Pocket 6K that has shot events for years is normal, not a problem. What matters is what still works. Record a clip of a few minutes, then check: the HDMI port grips the cable, the card doors close, the rear screen swings through its full range without a loose hinge, and the body does not show a temperature warning. Honest hours are better than a surprise at the pickup check.

3. Blackmagic Pocket: bring what came in the box

The Pocket Cinema Cameras were sold with a DaVinci Resolve Studio activation key in the box. Bring the card and tell us whether the key has been used. Bring every battery, the charger and any SSD, cage, handle or power solution you added. The 6K and 6K Pro use the Canon EF mount; the 4K uses Micro Four Thirds. The rear screen scratches easily, so look at it in bright light and say what you see.

4. Lumix G bodies: the flip screen and the dials

On the G7, G85, GH5 and G100, open the side screen fully, rotate it, and close it face-in. The hinge should hold. Turn every dial and press every button; a dial that skips positions is worth a sentence. On the G85 and GH5 check the rubber around the viewfinder and the grip for lifting edges.

5. S1 and OM-3: weather seals and the sensor

Both have sealed bodies, and the seals only work if the doors close cleanly, so open and close them all. Take the cap off and look at the sensor in good light. Then shoot a plain bright sky at f/16 and look at the file on a computer for marks that stay in the same place. Fungus in Bangkok humidity is the thing to rule out on any body that sat unused.

6. The shutter count

Lumix and OM System bodies show it in a service or information menu rather than in the photo file; Blackmagic cameras do not count in that way. Where the camera shows it, note it. Where it does not, you do not need it to get a price. The methods are in how to check the shutter count on your camera.

Before the meeting

Charge every battery, take the cards and SSD out, remove the camera from the Lumix Sync, OM Image Share or Blackmagic Camera app, and reset the settings. The steps are in how to reset and wipe your camera before you sell it. Then pick your model above, or see all camera prices.

Quick answers

Yes. Lumix and OM System lenses are on our lens list. Choose the body first; the next step lets you add each lens, and the total is shown together.
Yes. Tell us the key has been used when you describe the camera. The key is part of what came in the box, so we ask about it, but a used key does not stop the sale.
Send a photo and the model name on LINE. We will tell you plainly whether we can price it by hand. There is no obligation either way.
